I was stationed with your father at Ft. Meade, Maryland prior to our departure to RVN.   Because I was a fellow Kentuckian, I feel as though Bill and I became very close. As a matter of fact, I rode home to Kentucky with him and his wife and two children.   If you remember this trip home just before departing for RVN, please let me know.   He was truly a great man!

I am glad and surprised to see a web page just for K troop.  I went to the reunion in New Orleans to meet some of the men my dad served with.  He was in "Killer K" in 66-67. He almost made it home. You're a great bunch of guys.
